Requested Amount definition

Requested Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02.

Requested Amount means the amount requested in a Request.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Facility Group, each Conduit Lender without a Commitment in such Facility Group may, in its sole discretion, make available to the Borrower the Percentage of the applicable Requested Amount allocable to such Conduit Xxxxxx’s Facility Group.

More Definitions of Requested Amount

Requested Amount means, with respect to any Requisition, the amount of payment requested by Contractor in such Requisition.

Requested Amount means, in relation to any Utilisation Request, the aggregate principal amount of the Advances or, as the case may be, the face amount of the Letter of Credit therein requested to be made or issued or in which the Banks are requested to participate.
