If any such Interest Election Request requests a Term Benchmark Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one (1) month’s duration.
If any such conversion of a Term Benchmark Loan occurs on a day which is not the last day of the then current Interest Period with respect thereto, the Borrower shall pay to such Lender such amounts, if any, as may be required pursuant to Section 2.13.
To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by delivering an irrevocable written Borrowing Request in the form of Exhibit A (a) in the case of a Term Benchmark Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, at least three (3) U.S. Government Securities Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on the date of the proposed Borrowing.
Borrowings of more than one (1) Type may be outstanding at the same time; provided that there shall not at any time be more than a total of fifteen (15) Term Benchmark Borrowings or RFR Borrowings outstanding.
If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Term Benchmark Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one (1) month’s duration.
