Term of Policy definition

Term of Policy means the date that is the later of (i) the date that is one year and one day following the date on which the Notes have been paid in full and (ii) if any proceeding referenced in the last paragraph on page 5 of this Policy Endorsement has been commenced on or prior to the date specified in clause (i) of this paragraph, the 30th day after the entry of a final, non-appealable order in resolution or settlement of such proceeding.

Related to Term of Policy

  • Chief of Police means the Chief of Police of The City of Seattle and his or her designee.

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of all of the Certificates is zero, (ii) any period during which any payment on the Certificates could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law has expired, and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • Policy Term means the term of this Policy as specified in the Schedule;

  • Out-of-Pocket Costs means, with respect to certain activities hereunder, direct expenses paid or payable by either Party or its Affiliates to Third Parties and specifically identifiable and incurred (and invoiced) to conduct such activities for an Agreement Product, as applicable, including payments to contract personnel; provided, however, that amounts paid to [***] will not be considered Out-of-Pocket Costs.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • NASAA means the North American Securities Administrators Association, Inc.

  • Loss in excess of policy limits means 90.0% of any amount paid or payable by the Company in excess of its policy limits, but otherwise within the terms of its policy, such loss in excess of the Company’s policy limits having been incurred because of, but not limited to, failure by the Company to settle within the policy limits or by reason of the Company’s alleged or actual negligence, fraud or bad faith in rejecting an offer of settlement or in the preparation of the defense or in the trial of an action against its insured or reinsured or in the preparation or prosecution of an appeal consequent upon such an action.

  • Employment Practices means any wrongful or unfair dismissal, denial of natural justice, defamation, misleading representation or advertising, unfair contracts, harassment or discrimination (sexual or otherwise) in respect of employment by the Insured.

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.
