Term of Support means the term of Software Support as stated in an Order or Applicable Invoice.

• This Agreement, including the Order, these General Terms and Conditions and, if applicable, the Term of Support and Maintenance and the Terms of Professional Services, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Software Packages, Third Party Software and Hardware specified by the Order.

• If the Initial Term is less than 12 months, the fee for the Initial Term of Support will be prorated accordingly.

• If the Initial Term is less than 12 months the fee for the Initial Term of Support will be prorated accordingly.

• Unless sooner terminated, the Development Program (including all rights and obligations of Article II hereof) shall continue until expiration of the Term of Support.

• The term Term of Support shall have the meaning set forth in the Development Agreement.
