Term of Support definition

Term of Support means the amount of time a loan is enrolled in the Collateral Support Program, up to a maximum of 48 months from the date of the first disbursement of the loan.
Term of Support means the term of Software Support as stated in an Order or Applicable Invoice.
Term of Support means the fourth quarter of 2009 through and including the fourth quarter of 2011.

  • In the event of termination of Software Support, all Software Support Fees payable for the entire Term of Support, as applicable, shall without notice or demand by Questionmark immediately become due and payable, and Questionmark’ obligations for Software Support shall immediately end.

  • PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form, or unless the Order Form is terminated in accordance with this Support and Maintenance Agreement, Term of Support & Maintenance will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other Three months’ written notice before the end of the relevant subscription term (email acceptable).

  • Questionmark may change the Fees and/or terms and conditions on ninety (90) days’ notice to Customer but no such change shall be effective prior to the end of the then current Term of License or Term of Support, as applicable.

  • If the Initial Term is less than 12 months, the fee for the Initial Term of Support will be prorated accordingly.

  • During the Term of Support, Questionmark will correct or replace software and/or provide services necessary to remedy or avoid any programming error, to the extent such programming error is caused by Questionmark, and which significantly affects use of the software.

Related to Term of Support

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.   • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
