Term Priority Lien Claimholders means, at any relevant time, the holders of Secured Obligations at that time, including the Lenders, the Term Agent and the Collateral Trustee, under the Term Priority Lien Documents.

  • The Collateral Trustee, for itself and/or on behalf of any of the Term Priority Lien Claimholders and/or on behalf of any of the Subordinated Lien Claimholders, promptly shall execute and deliver to the Revolving Credit Collateral Agent or such Grantor such termination statements, releases and other documents as the Revolving Credit Collateral Agent or such Grantor may request to effectively confirm such release.

  • This is a continuing agreement of lien subordination and the Revolving Credit Collateral Agent, the Revolving Credit Claimholders and the Collateral Trustee, the Term Priority Lien Claimholders and the Subordinated Lien Claimholders may continue, at any time and without notice to any of the others, to extend credit and other financial accommodations and lend monies to or for the benefit of any Grantor in reliance hereon.
