Term RFR Borrowing definition

Term RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing Tranche, a Term RFR Loan comprising such Borrowing Tranche.
Term RFR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Term RFR Loans.
Term RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the Loans bearing interest at a rate based on Term RFR comprising such Borrowing other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition ofAlternate Base Rate”.

Examples of Term RFR Borrowing in a sentence

  • If an Interest Election Request with respect to a Eurocurrency Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing made to U.S. Borrowers or to the Canadian Borrower in Dollars is not timely delivered prior to the end of the Interest Period applicable thereto, then, unless such Borrowing is repaid as provided herein, at the end of such Interest Period such Borrowing shall be converted to a Base Rate Borrowing.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested CDOR Borrowing, Term RFR Borrowing or Eurocurrency Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.07.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested EurocurrencyTerm SOFR Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • If any such Interest Election Request requests a CDOR Borrowing, Eurocurrency Borrowing or a Term RFR Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurocurrency Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one (1) month’s duration.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurocurrency Borrowing, EURIBOR Borrowing or a Term RFR Borrowing, then the Administrative Borrower on behalf of the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • Each Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a EURIBOR Borrowing, Eurocurrency Borrowing,Term SOFR Rate Borrowing or other Term RFR Borrowing (following the occurrence of the Term RFR Transition Event for the applicable RFR), shall have an initial Interest Period as specified in such Borrowing Request.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a CDOR Borrowing, Eurocurrency Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

  • If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurocurrency Borrowing or Term RFR Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

Related to Term RFR Borrowing

  • Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing, as the context may require.

  • Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date means, with respect to each Class of Incremental Term Loans, each date on which Incremental Term Loans of such Class are incurred pursuant to Section 2.01(b) and as otherwise specified in any amendment providing for Incremental Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.22.
