Termination Amount Event definition

Termination Amount Event means the termination of this Agreement:
Termination Amount Event has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.2(b).
Termination Amount Event has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b). “Third Party Beneficiaries” has the meaning specified in Section 8.6(a).

More Definitions of Termination Amount Event

Termination Amount Event has the meaning specified in Section 7.4(b). “TSX” means the Toronto Stock Exchange.

  • Termination Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;

  • Series Termination Date means, with respect to any Series, the termination date for such Series specified in the related Supplement.

  • Early Amortization Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Aggregate Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Investor Default Amounts in respect of such Monthly Period.

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
