Examples of Termination Assistance Notice in a sentence

  • The Customer shall be entitled to require the provision of Termination Assistance at any time during the Call Off Contract Period by giving written notice to the Supplier (a "Termination Assistance Notice") at least four (4) months prior to the Call Off Expiry Date or as soon as reasonably practicable (but in any event, not later than one (1) month) following the service by either Party of a Termination Notice.

Related to Termination Assistance Notice
