Termination of Lease Agreement definition

Termination of Lease Agreement means a termination of lease agreement by and between the Company, as tenant, and the Agency, as landlord, intended to evidence the termination of this Lease Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E to this Lease Agreement.
Termination of Lease Agreement. The Landlord or the Tenant reserves the right to terminate the Lease Agreement by giving the other party (180) days notice in writing.
Termination of Lease Agreement shall have the mean ascribed in Subsection 8.4(b).
