Texas Case has the meaning set forth in the Recitals. Section 1.34 “Third Party Content” means any and all past, present, and future electronic media, text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, software, data compilations, works of authorship and any other form of data, media, or information that is provided by any Non-Party. Section 1.35 “Transfer” means to sell, assign, convey, transfer, encumber or otherwise dispose of, in whole or in part, voluntarily or involuntarily, by operation of law or otherwise. “Transferor” and “Transferee” mean a Person who makes or receives a Transfer, respectively.   • Civil action means all suits or claims of a civil nature in a state or federal court, whether cognizable as cases at law or in equity or admiralty. "Civil action" does not include any of the following:

  • Chapter 11 Cases means (a) when used with reference to a particular Debtor, the case pending for that Debtor under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court and (b) when used with reference to all the Debtors, the procedurally consolidated chapter 11 cases pending for the Debtors in the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Transit village means a community with a bus, train, light rail,

  • County clerk means the county clerk or the county official in charge of elections.

  • Chicago Convention means the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed at Chicago on 7 December 1944, as amended, and its Annexes;

  • organ of state means an organ of state as defined in section 239 of the Constitution;

  • AT&T LOUISIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Louisiana.
