Texas Tax Code definition

Texas Tax Code means the Texas Tax Code as amended by Texas H.B. 3, 79th Leg., 3rd C.S. (2006), and reference to any provision of the Texas Tax Code Act shall mean such provision as in effect from time to time, as the same may be amended, and any successor provision thereto, as interpreted by any applicable administrative rules as in effect from time to time.
