THE ADVISOR has entered into a sub-administration agreement with State Street Bank and Trust Company dated April 2, 2004 (the "Sub-administration Agreement"). Collectively, the Advisory Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Custody Agreement, the Auction Agency Agreement and the Sub-administration Agreement are referred to herein as the "Company Agreements."   • AT THE END OF SUCH INITIAL TERM, THE AGREEMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OR PERIODS OF ONE (1) YEAR EACH, UNLESS THE ADVISOR OR THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE GIVEN TO THE OTHER WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CONTRARY AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF SUCH ADDITIONAL PERIOD.

  • The financial intermediary must submit the request electronically to the Trust before 4:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on the Expiration Date.NONE OF THE TRUST, THE BOARD, OR THE ADVISOR IS OR WILL BE OBLIGATED TO INSURE THAT YOUR FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARY, SUBMITS TO YOU THIS REPURCHASE OFFER OR SUBMITS YOUR TENDER OF SHARES TO THE FUND ON YOUR BEHALF.
