The Eligible Tenderer definition

The Eligible Tenderer means the tenderer awarded with the contract or their successors and permitted assigns. Contract Price shall mean the sum named in or calculated in accordance with the provisions of the contract as the contract price. General Conditions shall mean the General conditions of Contract.
