Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Vice President when used with respect to the Company or the Trustee, means any vice president, whether or not designated by a number or a word or words added before or after the title "vice president".
Finance Director means the Treasurer/Finance Director or Acting Treasurer/Finance Director, as the case may be, of the City.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
President means the President of the Corporation.
Chief Finance Officer means the officer having responsibility for the purposes of section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972 (financial administration) for the administration of the local authority’s financial affairs.
General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.
VP means VP Securities Services (Værdipapircentralen A/S), the Danish central securities depository;
Deputy means any person employed by the department designated as a deputy, who possesses special, technical, scien- tific, managerial or personal abilities or qualities in matters within the jurisdiction of the department, and who may be engaged in the performance of duties under the direction of the secretary, calling for the exercise of such abilities or qualities.
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Finance Officer means the Comptroller of the City or her authorized agent.
Chief Procurement Officer or "CPO" means the chief procurement officer of the City of Chicago or his or her designee.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
CFAF means the currency of the Borrower;

Deputy Chairman means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chairman’s duties if the Chairman is absent for any reason.

Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;
