The Hire Charges definition

The Hire Charges means the amount payable for the use of the Premises as defined and set out in Clause 7 together with such additional expense or charges as defined in Clauses 8 and 9 and such expenses or charges as may become due as defined in Clauses 8 and 9.

  • The Hire Charges will continue to accrue until the later of the last day of the Hire Period or the date on which the Equipment is returned to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Scaffolding Depot.
