The mooring definition

The mooring means any mooring (apparatus) situated at the nominated mooring site (licensed, recreational, rental, or otherwise) during the term of any licence.

  • The mooring site licensee must give the Authority written notice of any alteration to the particulars referred to in subregulation (2)(b), (c) and (d) as soon as it is practicable to do so.

  • The mooring or use of the mooring adversely affects criti- cal or significant fish or wildlife habitat.

  • The mooring area is marked in a manner which notifies the public of the boundaries of the mooring area and assists in naviga- tion near the mooring area.

  • The mooring or use of the mooring interferes with the rights of other riparian owners.

  • The mooring obstructs or interferes with public rights or interest in the navigable waters.

  • The mooring anchor is placed more than 150 feet from the ordinary high−water mark, or more than 200 feet from the ordi- nary high−water mark if sub.(3) (a) 5.

  • The mooring and ground tackle shall not be returned to its owner until such bill is paid.

  • The mooring area is not within and does not adversely affect a critical or significant fish or wildlife habitat area.

  • Such activities will result in the immediate Contact/Organizer Name withdrawal and disassociation of the Georgian Triangle Humane Society from the event or initiative.

  • The storage facilities would be contained within covered facilities to the rear of Block A and at ground level of Block B, while cycle parking for users would be integrated into the landscape treatment adjacent to Blocks B and C.

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.
