The Primary Office definition

The Primary Office means an office which: (1) directly or jointly connects to an Interexchange Carrier and/or End User: and (2) provides joint FGA switched access, or FX, service to that Interexchange Carrier and/or End User allowing calls to or from End Offices of the other Party.
