If the School intends to charge fees, it shall submit its proposed fee schedule to the District for review no later than March 1 prior to the School Year in which the fees are intended to be charged, or within 30 days of contract execution for the initial school year.
A reduction in hours resulting from a change in an employee’s assignment by the School District based on shortage of work or funding, shall not affect the employee’s eligibility for insurance contributions from the School District for the remainder of the School Year.
