On the Scheme becoming effective, the Transferor Company shall stand dissolved without being wound-up.
The equity shares of the Transferor Company are listed on the BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”).
Upon issue and allotment of Equity Shares in the Transferee Company to the members of the Transferor Company as provided in the Scheme, the existing Equity Shares held by members of the Transferor Company shall stand automatically cancelled/extinguished.
