Third Party Cards definition

Third Party Cards means any prepaid or stored value card that (i) is not issued by Bank, (ii) is not a Green Dot Network Card, (iii) may be reloaded through the GD Network, and (iv) is identified under the “Third Party Cards Loaded Through POS Loads in Participating Stores” section of Schedule 4.13, as such Schedule may be from time to time amended.

Examples of Third Party Cards in a sentence

  • If Retailer agrees to enable Third Party Cards requested by Green Dot for POS Loads in Participating Stores, such Third Party Cards will be enabled pursuant to a documented process mutually agreed by Green Dot and Retailer for uploading new card BINS to Retailer's POS system.

  • In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has developed a retail network (THE "NETWORK") to provide turnkey services relating to stored value cards marketed by various third parties (each a "MARKETER" and each respective Marketer's Card being a "THIRD PARTY CARD") to the public, The Third Party Cards are marketed and distributed through the Network by either ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or by certain distributors (each a "DISTRIBUTORS").

  • Such 2 notice will be given to the Association’s representative thirty (30) days in advance 3 of the desired start date of such subcontracting.

  • Retailer has the sole discretion to determine which Third Party Cards it will enable for POS Loads in Participating Stores.

  • Extra is not liable for Extra Tokens associated with Accounts that are suspended, terminated, or associated with inaccurately entered e-mail addresses.

  • Other than the Sears Card or Third Party Cards, Licensee shall not accept payment from customers under any other credit or financing plan without Sears’ prior written consent.

  • The MB Cards and the Third Party Cards may collectively be referred to herein as the "CARDS".

Related to Third Party Cards

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Vendor means a subscriber of MIAX PEARL’s market and other data feeds, which they in turn use for redistribution purposes.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
