Third Party Intellectual Property Contracts definition

Third Party Intellectual Property Contracts is defined in Section 10.1.4.
Third Party Intellectual Property Contracts means all of the Contracts pursuant to which Seller acquired access or rights to any Third Party Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Assigned Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 (Assigned Intellectual Property).

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
