Third Party Payers definition

Third Party Payers means managed care providers, health maintenance organizations, insurance companies, self-insurance programs of employers, third-party administrators, the United States Medicare and Medicaid programs, and other similar entities.
Third Party Payers. ' shall mean any person authorized to transact health insurance or to engage in the business of a health service corporation in this State.
