Third Party Support definition

Third Party Support means any support and/or maintenance services we resell to You, that is provided by any party other than Us on any Software and/or Hardware;
Third Party Support means support provided by the Company’s subcontractor as specified in the Order Form; and

  • These terms will govern the provision and receipt of the Third Party Support Services.

More Definitions of Third Party Support

Third Party Support means technical support provided for a Product’s hardware or software components not provided by Infinidat. It is confirmed and agreed that Infinidat shall provide Third Party Support at its sole discretion, without liability for the same, and such support shall not be subject to any support level target.

  • Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Support means assistance that individuals require, solely because of the affects of developmental disability, to maintain or increase independence, achieve community presence and participation, and improve productivity. Support is flexible and subject to change with time and circumstances.
