Third Party Train Cancellation definition

Third Party Train Cancellation means the Cancellation or Termination of any train excluding any Ancillary Movements and excluding any Planned Service;
Third Party Train Cancellation in respect of any Third Party Train, means a train which fails to operate at all due to Operator Disruption;
