This Consent definition

This Consent means this maritime area consent and any part, schedule or appendix to it, as may be amended in accordance with the Act and the terms hereof.

  • This Consent, and Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit D-1 hereof, shall be appended to and shall supplement the Establishing Agreement, and Exhibit A and Exhibit D attached thereto, respectively.

Related to This Consent

  • written law means this Constitution and all Acts and Ordinances and subsidiary legislation for the time being in force in Singapore.

  • this Agreement means this Agreement entered into between the parties and Annexure A hereto.

  • Written or “in writing” means handwritten in ink or any form of electronic or mechanical writing.

  • AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.

  • Consent means written permission signed by a duly authorized officer or employee of the Commonwealth, provided that where the material facts have been disclosed, in writing, by prequalification, bid, proposal, or contractual terms, the Commonwealth shall be deemed to have consented by virtue of the execution of this contract.
