Intentionally means that the person referred to has a purpose to do or fail to do the act or cause the result specified or believes that the act or failure to act, if successful, will cause that result. A person "intentionally" violates a statute:

E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.
Verification on oath or affirmation means a declaration, made by an individual on oath or affirmation before a notarial officer, that a statement in a record is true.
Ready-to-eat food means food that is in a form that is edible without washing, cooking, or additional preparation by the food establishment or the consumer and that is reasonably expected to be consumed in that form. Ready-to-eat food includes:

Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.

Felonious Assault means a violent or criminal act reported to the local authorities which was directed at you during the course of, or an attempt of, a physical assault resulting in serious injury, kidnapping, or rape.
Marquee sign means any sign attached to or supported by a marquee, which is a permanent roof-like projecting structure attached to a building.
Amendment No. 5 means that certain Amendment No. 5 to Credit Agreement, dated as of December 11, 2020, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
the Signature Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Party signing last in time;
Amendment No. 7 means the Seventh Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 28, 2019, among Borrower, each of the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Amendment No. 4 means Amendment No. 4 to this Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2018, among the Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
