TIA definition

TIA means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (15 U.S. Code §§ 77aaa-77bbbb) as in effect on the date of this Indenture; provided, however, that in the event the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 is amended after such date, “TIA” means, to the extent required by any such amendment, the Trust Indenture Act as so amended.
TIA means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 as in force on the date hereof, unless otherwise specifically provided.
