Timekeeping System means the time clock and timekeeping technology systems, software, and/or hardware used and/or operated by Defendant and/or used by any current and former employees of Defendant at its facilities in the state of Illinois by scanning his or her hand for timekeeping purposes as asserted in the Litigation.
