Timely Nomination Cycle definition

Timely Nomination Cycle means the Nomination Cycle for any day in respect of which a Shipper is required to give a nomination to Westcoast on the immediately preceding day by the time specified for that Nomination Cycle in Section 4.10.
Timely Nomination Cycle means the first nomination cycle for Union’s Gas Day.
Timely Nomination Cycle means the first nomination cycle for the Company’s Gas Day.

  • Any nomination submitted after the Timely Nomination Cycle shall contain Customer's service requirements for one Day only and shall include the effective date and time.

  • If there is no response to a Request for Confirmation or an unsolicited Confirmation Response, the lesser of the confirmation quantity or the scheduled quantity for the Timely Nomination Cycle of the previous Gas Day should be the new confirmed quantity.

  • If there is no response to a Request For Confirmation or an unsolicited Confirmation Response, the lesser of the confirmation quantity or the scheduled quantity for the Timely Nomination Cycle of the previous Gas Day will be the new confirmed quantity.

  • With respect to the Timely Nomination Cycle, in the absence of agreement to the contrary, the lesser of the confirmation quantities should be the confirmed quantity.

  • The Timely Nomination Cycle: Confirmation shall be completed by 4:30 p.m. (CT) the day before the start of the Gas Day.

  • The Timely Nomination Cycle is the most liquid time to acquire both natural gas supply and transportation capacity.

  • If there is no response to a Request for Confirmation or an unsolicited Confirmation Response, the lesser of the confirmation quantity or the scheduled quantity for the Timely Nomination Cycle of the previous Gas Day shall be the new confirmed quantity.

  • Shippers subject to a Realignment OFO will be required to, at a minimum, maintain their scheduled quantities from the Timely Nomination Cycle from receipt points on the downstream side of an OFO constraint point through the end of the Gas Day on which the OFO was declared.

  • Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
