Timely Nomination Cycle definition

Timely Nomination Cycle means the Nomination Cycle for any day in respect of which a Shipper is required to give a nomination to Westcoast on the immediately preceding day by the time specified for that Nomination Cycle in Section 4.10.
Timely Nomination Cycle means the first nomination cycle for Union’s Gas Day.
Timely Nomination Cycle means the first nomination cycle for the Company’s Gas Day.

Examples of Timely Nomination Cycle in a sentence

  • Subsequent to the Timely Nomination Cycle, as described in Section 5.2, Customer may alter its nominations provided that the nomination given by Customer to Pipeline for deliveries starting at 9:00 a.m. CT on the following Day shall be submitted to Pipeline no later than the time specified in the nomination timeline below, or such lesser period as is acceptable to Pipeline.

  • Any nomination submitted after the Timely Nomination Cycle shall contain Customer's service requirements for one Day only and shall include the effective date and time.

  • Scheduled quantities resulting from the Timely Nomination Cycle shall be effective at 9:00 a.m. CCT on the next Gas Day.

  • Scheduling of Firm Services must be nominated on the Timely Nomination Cycle.

  • Nominations for increasing quantities for Firm Services after the Timely Nomination Cycle will be treated as Interruptible Services and will only be scheduled if there is sufficient capacity available.

  • The Timely Nomination Cycle is the most liquid time to acquire both natural gas supply and transportation capacity.

  • For nominations received by 6:00 p.m. CT and to be effective at the start of the upcoming Gas Day, nomination increases at a primary point under Rate Schedules FTS, FT-C, NTS, NTS-S, TPS, SST, GTS and OPT will not bump nominations at a secondary point under these same rate schedules that are submitted and scheduled within the Timely Nomination Cycle.

  • Scheduled quantities resulting from the Timely Nomination Cycle shall be effective at 9:00 a.m. CCT on the next Service Day.

  • Upon written notice to the Attorney General, the Special Master, and the chief judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York within 60 days after the date of the publi- cation required under subsection (b)(2)(A) a United States person, who is a judgment creditor in the proceedings captioned Pe- terson v.

  • The NOPR did not propose any other changes to the Timely Nomination Cycle, including the existing 4:30 p.m. CCT deadline for the pipeline to provide notice of scheduled quantities.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
