Tire Business definition

Tire Business means and include any place or establishment engaged in the business of selling tires or that generates waste tires and is occupied, used or maintained for the purpose of offering, transporting, repairing, processing, storing, utilizing, and disposing of any and all types of such tires.
Tire Business means a business providing services and goods directly relating to resource recovery, diversion or waste reduction of used tires as required by any applicable Law within the Territory;
Tire Business means any business or establishment where used tires are collected, repaired, processed, recycled, scrapped, sold, bought, or stored, including but not limited to a mobile tire repair business or scrap tire transportation business.

  • Licensee and Sub-Licensee will not represent or imply that they are an agent, joint venturer, partner or employee of Licensor or that their Tire Business or use of Software or the Documentation is sanctioned by Licensor, other than use of Software and Documentation on an “AS IS”.

  • Licensee agrees that use of Software and Modifications by Licensee is restricted to lawful pursuit of Tire Business in Territory.
