Title Cure Cap definition

Title Cure Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 20.6(e). “Title Commitment” has the meaning set forth in Section 20.6(a)(i). “Title Insurer” means [●].

  • If Seller elects to use reasonable efforts to cure any one or more of Purchaser Title Objections, Seller shall in no event be required to bring or settle a lawsuit to clear any title defects and, except for Seller Mortgages, Seller shall never be required to expend more than the amount of the Title Cure Cap to cure all Purchaser Title Objections.

  • Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.

  • Closing Indebtedness means the aggregate amount of all Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of immediately prior, and without giving effect to, the Closing.

  • Closing Instrument means the closing instrument of the Trust, pursuant to which the Indenture is entered into, and certain other documents are executed, in connection with the issuance of the Notes by the Trust.

  • Title V means Title V of the federal Act for the Senior Community Service Employment Program for Older Americans.

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Title insurance agent means an agent licensed in the Commonwealth to sell, solicit, or negotiate
