Titled Officer or “Officer” is a full-time employee of the company identified in the organizational documents on file with the appropriate state agency as the President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer of the Company. • “Company Representative” is an Owner or Officer of the Company who has the authority to authorize transactions on behalf of the company. • The following types of fraud are specifically excluded from eligibility for the Services;

  • Designated Officer means the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, any Vice President in charge of financial or accounting matters or the principal accounting officer of the Company.
