Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement definition

Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement means the Master Settlement Agreement entered into on November 23, 1998, by and among the respective officials of each Settling State (as defined therein), Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxxx Tobacco Corporation, Lorillard Tobacco Company, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxxxx Tobacco Company, Xxxxxxx Group Inc., and Commonwealth Brands, Inc.
