Tobacco Retail License definition

Tobacco Retail License means a license issued by the Department to a retailer for the sale of tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems.¶
Tobacco Retail License means a license, New or Renewed, issued by the Department to a Person to engage in the retail sale of Tobacco Products in Cayuga the County.
Tobacco Retail License means a license issued by the Department authorizing a Tobacco Retailer to operate a Tobacco Retail Establishment in Pima County, Arizona.
