Tobacco Retail License definition

Tobacco Retail License means a license issued by the Department to a retailer for the sale of tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems.¶
Tobacco Retail License means a license issued by the Department authorizing a Tobacco Retailer to operate a Tobacco Retail Establishment in Pima County, Arizona.
Tobacco Retail License means a license issued pursuant to Section 2 of this local law by the[ Department/ ] to a person to engage in tobacco retailing in [ municipality/county ].

  • NEW TOBACCO RETAIL LICENSE means any Tobacco Retail License that is not a Renewed Tobacco Retail License.

  • Any Tobacco Retail License issued pursuant to this Local Law shall be displayed prominently at the location where the Tobacco Products or Tobacco-Related Products are sold so that it is readily visible to customers.

  • The issuance of any Tobacco Retail License pursuant to this Chapter is done in the discretion of the City of Newburgh and shall not confer upon licensee any property rights in the continued possession of such a license.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Original license means a motor vehicle dealer license issued to an applicant who has never been

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Financial licensing act means any of the financial licensing acts, as that term is defined in section 2 of the consumer financial services act, 1988 PA 161, MCL 487.2052.

  • Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;
