Tobacco User means a person who is permitted under state and federal law to legally use tobacco, with tobacco use (other than religious or ceremonial use of tobacco), occurring on average four or more times per week that last occurred within the past six months (or such other meaning required or permitted by applicable law). Related to Tobacco User

  • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.

  • Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.

This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for Sale exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Smokeless tobacco means any powder that consists of cut, ground, powdered, or leaf tobacco that contains nicotine and that is intended to be placed in the oral cavity;

These Prescription Drugs usually require specialized handling (such as refrigeration). Spouse means a person of the same or opposite sex who is legally married to Subscriber under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the marriage took place. A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
