TOBACCO USE. District has adopted a policy prohibiting the use of tobacco products anywhere and anytime on all District properties. Contractor will inform all employees and subcontractors of this policy and will be responsible for enforcement of the policy.
TOBACCO USE. Per City ordinance, the use of any and all tobacco products on park property is strictly prohibited.
TOBACCO USE. Piedmont Technical College is a tobacco free campus. Violators may be fined.
TOBACCO USE. ● YORK FARM is a non-smoking event space and no smoking is allowed in the barn. Tobacco use is allowed 25 feet away the barn in designated area. Discarded smoking garbage must be picked up. If not cleaned up, this could resulty in the loss of the damage deposit.
TOBACCO USE. All members of the bargaining unit are subject to the terms and conditions of Policy 3215, “Use of Tobacco by Professional Staff.”
TOBACCO USE. Oxford College, as well as all of Emory University, is a tobacco-free campus to improve the health of its community members. As such, the use or sale of tobacco products in or on Emory-owned or Emory- leased property is prohibited. This includes the Oxford College residential housing facilities. Tobacco products include smokeless tobacco, cigarettes, clove cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, and any actions pertaining to the consumption of tobacco. This policy applies to students, their families, and their guests.
TOBACCO USE. 15.1 The Employer and the Union agree the use of tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, etc.) is not compatible with a healthy fire service, reduces work efficiencies, increases health care costs and is contrary to the goals of a comprehensive wellnessprogram.
15.2 While on duty employees shall not use any tobacco products.
15.3 No tobacco products shall be used while on Agency managed properties or resources.
15.4 The Union and Employer encourage employees using tobacco to seek appropriate cessation treatment to become tobacco free. In order to assist in the cessation of tobacco products, the Employer shall pay for one completed tobacco cessation treatment program (outside of provided health insurance) per employee (not to exceed $900). The Employer may provide additional programs if it deems necessary.
TOBACCO USE. Use of tobacco or tobacco products by any employee of the Fire Department whether on or off duty is prohibited.
TOBACCO USE. Landlord discourages cigarette, pipe or cigar smoking in and around the Premises. Cigarette, pipe, cigar smoking or any other tobacco-related product shall not constitute ordinary wear and tear. Landlord reserves the right to deduct from Tenants’ Security Deposit for all damages and/or costs associated with the cleaning, repair/repainting of any damage caused by or related to any tobacco product, including, but not limited to: deodorizing, sealing and repainting of walls and ceilings and repairing/replacing the carpet and/or pads.
TOBACCO USE. The smoking or other use of tobacco products in the Building, the Plazas and Building Entries is prohibited.
