Toll Levels definition

Toll Levels means the levels of Tolls the Developer is entitled to charge in accordance with Clause 22 (Toll Revenues) and the Tolling Policy;

Examples of Toll Levels in a sentence

• The Developer may, not later than two months before 1st July of each year, apply to the Toll Regulator, in accordance with the Tolling Policy, for the approval to a variation in the Toll Levels.

• The Developer is entitled to a variation of the Toll Levels on the first Saturday of July of each year, subject to Clause 5.1 of Schedule 15.

• The amount payable under Clause 22.3 will continue throughout the period in which the Toll Levels below those requested by the Developer, insofar as the requested Toll Levels are equal to or below the Capped Toll Level for that period.

• Each such variation of the Toll Levels shall commence on a Saturday.

• The Developer shall be entitled at any time to collect Tolls at or below the Capped Toll Levels for the relevant period.
