TOP Date definition

TOP Date means the date of the issue of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development.
TOP Date means the date on which the TOP is issued.
TOP Date means the date on which those parts of Integrated Resort 2 which are required under the Building Control Act 1989 of Singapore to be issued with Temporary Occupation Permits, are issued Temporary Occupation Permits.

  • Stop Date shall have the meaning specified in Subsection 2.04(a).

  • Current Date means any day during the 20-day period ending on the date of the Closing.

  • Current Distribution Date means a Distribution Date specified as a reference date for calculating the Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust as of such Distribution Date.
