Total Class S Preferred Return means the amount calculated by summing a Class S Preferred Unit holder’s Quarterly Class S Preferred Returns for each Fiscal Quarter.
Total Class S Preferred Return means the amount calculated by summing a Class S Preferred Unit holder’s Quarterly Class S Preferred Returns for each Fiscal Quarter. “Total Percentage Interest” means, with respect to any Partner, the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Units, or any class thereof, then owned by such Partner by the number of Units, or any class thereof, then owned by all Partners.
