Total Debt to Capitalization Ratio definition

Total Debt to Capitalization Ratio means the ratio of (a) Debt to (b) Capitalization.
Total Debt to Capitalization Ratio means the Company’s Total Debt, divided by the sum of Total Debt plus the Company’s capitalization, as shown on the Company’s balance sheet.
Total Debt to Capitalization Ratio means (a) the Company’s Total Debt, divided by (b) the sum of (i) Total Debt plus (ii) the Company’s capitalization, as shown on the Company’s balance sheet plus (iii) if positive, Sharyland’s capitalization, as shown on its balance sheet. Total Debt to Capitalization Ratio means, as of any date of determination, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, that ratio of (a) all Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such time to (b) the sum at such time of (i) the Borrower’s shareholders’ equity (including Capital Stock, additional paid-in capital and retained earnings), as determined in accordance with GAAP, plus (ii) all Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
