Total Distribution definition

Total Distribution has the meaning set out at Clause 9.3(c)(i) (Distributions to Capital Markets Trustees) below;
Total Distribution means a distribution to a Participant or a Beneficiary, within one taxable year, of the Participant's entire Account balance to the credit of the Participant.
Total Distribution means a distribution to a Participant or his Beneficiary within one taxable year of the entire Vested Participant's Account.

  • On each Master Servicer Remittance Date, the entire amount on deposit in the Collection Account (subject to permitted withdrawals set forth in Section 4.02), other than amounts not included in the Total Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date shall be remitted to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Securities Administration Account by wire transfer in immediately available funds.

  • All such Eligible Investments shall be held by the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Certificateholder, as applicable; provided, however, that on each Payment Date all interest and other investment income (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Trust Accounts shall be deposited into the Collection Account and shall be deemed to constitute a portion of the Total Distribution Amount.

Total Distribution means, as of any date of determination and with respect to each Common Unitholder, the total amount of cash and the Net Agreed Value (as of the date of actual distribution) of all property distributed to such Common Unitholder as of such date of determination pursuant to Section 4.2(a) or deemed distributed to such Common Unitholder under Section 4.2(a) by reason of the distribution rules in Section 4.2(b).
