Total Distribution definition

Total Distribution has the meaning set out at Clause 9.3(c)(i) (Distributions to Capital Markets Trustees) below;
Total Distribution means a distribution to a Participant or a Beneficiary, within one taxable year, of the Participant's entire Account balance to the credit of the Participant.
Total Distribution means a distribution to a Participant or Beneficiary, within one taxable year of the recipient, of the entire balance to the recipient's credit under the Plan.
