Total loss vehicle definition

Total loss vehicle means a motor vehicle:
Total loss vehicle means a vehicle that has been reported to the department as destroyed by an insurance company, self-insurer, or the vehicle owner or the owner's authorized representative. [2010 c 161 § 152.]
Total loss vehicle means a vehicle damaged by collision or other occurrence, no longer capable of being repaired or cost to repair the vehicle is at least 70% of the retail market value.
