Total Outstanding Revolving Amount definition

Total Outstanding Revolving Amount means, as of the date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Loans, plus (b) the Letter of Credit Obligations.
Total Outstanding Revolving Amount means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all Competitive Bid Loans outstanding at such time and (iii) the aggregate amount of the Letter of Credit Liabilities of all Revolving Lenders at such time.
