Total Portfolio Past Due Percent definition

Total Portfolio Past Due Percent means the percent, calculated as of the first day of each month, equal to (a) the aggregate amount of Total Portfolio Gross Contract Payments owing under all Total Portfolio Contracts (other than Total Portfolio Contracts included in clause (a) of the definition ofTotal Portfolio Repossession Percent”), as to which any portion of an installment due thereunder is sixty (60) days or more past due as determined on a contractual basis as of the last day of each of the three (3) months immediately preceding the date of calculation, divided by (b) the aggregate amount of Total Portfolio Gross Contract Payments owing under all Total Portfolio Contracts (excluding Total Portfolio Contracts charged-off) as of the last day of each of the three (3) months immediately preceding the date of calculation. For example, if, as of the last day of the previous three months the Total Portfolio Gross Contract Payments were $1,000,000, $1,250,000 and $1,500,000 and on the same date the amount of Total Portfolio Gross Contract Payments that were more than sixty (60) days past due was $100,000, $150,000 and $150,000, the Total Portfolio Past Due Percent would be ten and two-thirds percent (10-2/3%) ($400,000/$3,750,000).

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.
