Total Swingline Commitments definition

Total Swingline Commitments means the aggregate of the Swingline Commitments of all the Swingline Lenders.
Total Swingline Commitments means the aggregate of the Swingline Commitments, being euro 500,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.
Total Swingline Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being $50,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • Any such cancellation of the Total Swingline Commitments shall reduce the Swingline Commitments of the Lenders rateably.

Total Swingline Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being equivalent in Dollars of (POUND)110,000,000 calculated at the Facility Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange at the date of this Agreement.
Total Swingline Commitments means the aggregate of the Swingline Commitments, being US$ 250,000,000 at the date of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the amounts set out in Part IV of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties) aggregate to form the Total Swingline Commitments and the amounts set out in Part V of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties) aggregate to form the Total Swingline Commitments, however amounts under both Part IV and Part V of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties) do not aggregate to form the Total Swingline Commitments.
