Town Planner definition

Town Planner means a person currently registered as such with PCATP and also registered with the Board.
Town Planner means a person holding a graduate or post-graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning/Town and Country Planning with valid Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners, India;
