Township Common Portions definition

Township Common Portions means with respect to the Project, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Part – III of Clause 48 which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other allottees of Units in the Project;
Township Common Portions means with respect to the Project, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule 9 which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other allottees of Units in the Project;

  • Pay the charges for maintenance of the Township Common Portions, hereafter called the "Township Maintenance Charges", at such rate as may be fixed from time to time.

  • Use and enjoy all the Township Common Portions subject to such restrictions which the Transferor or any other agency set up by the Transferor or BDA for the purpose for management and maintenance of the Satellite Township impose in the interest of all.

  • In the event the Advisory Body recommends that the maintenance, management and upkeep of the Township Common Portions be carried out by an association of all the owners of the several portions of the Satellite Township, then the Transferee shall compulsorily become a member of such an association and par take in its affairs in the manner as decided by the Advisory Body.

  • Compulsorily become a member of the association of the owners of the various parts and portions of the Satellite Township for the maintenance and upkeep of the Township Common Portions if the Advisory Body decided that such maintenance and upkeep should be carried out by such an association.

  • Use and enjoy all the Township Common Portions, the Zonal Common Portions and the Tower Common Portions subject to such restrictions which the Transferor or any other agency set up by the Transferor or BDA for the purpose of management and maintenance of the Satellite Township, the Said Zone or the Said Tower in the interest of all.

  • In the event the Advisory Body recommends that the maintenance, management and upkeep of the Township Common Portions, Zonal Common Portions and/ or the Tower Common Portions is to be carried out by an association of all the owners of the several portions of the Satellite Township, then the Transferee shall become a member of such an association and par take in its affairs in the manner as decided by the Advisory Body.

  • Use and enjoy all the Township Common Portions subject to such restrictions which the Transferor or any other agency set up by the Transferor or BDA for the purpose of management and maintenance of the Satellite Township impose in the interest of all.

  • Not to claim any right, title and/or interest of whatsoever nature or kind over or in respect of the Township Common Portions, or any part or portions of any of them.

Related to Township Common Portions

  • Partnership Percentage means a percentage established for each partner on the Partnership' books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).

  • Gray water means sewage from bathtubs, showers, bathroom sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchen sinks. It includes sewage from any source in a residence or structure that has not come into contact with toilet wastes.

  • Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Modular building means, but shall not be limited to, single and multifamily houses, apartment

  • Taxable value per membership pupil means each of the following divided by the district’s membership:

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -

  • Ownership Percentage with respect to any Member means the percentage of ownership of a Member determined by taking the total Capital Units held by such Member divided by the aggregate total number of issued and outstanding Capital Units.

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.

  • Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY‌ 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:‌

  • Enterprise Value means the sum, at fiscal year-end, of the market capitalisation of ordinary shares, the market capitalisation of preferred shares, and the book value of total debt and non-controlling interests, without the deduction of cash or cash equivalents;

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Actual torso angle means the angle measured between a vertical line through the "H" point and the torso line using the back angle quadrant on the 3-D H machine. The actual torso angle corresponds theoretically to the design torso angle (for tolerances, see paragraph 3.2.2. below).

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Total Enterprise Value means the sum of: (i) the product of (A) the Equity Securities Value Per Share of a share of Common Stock not subject to vesting or other restrictions multiplied by (B) the number of outstanding shares of Common Stock, less (y) the number of outstanding shares of Restricted Stock or Other Awards of shares of Common Stock without vesting restrictions, in each case, issued after the date of this Agreement (including outstanding shares of Common Stock resulting from the vesting of such Restricted Stock), and less (z) the number of shares of Common Stock issued by the Company after the date of this Agreement in connection with any merger, consolidation, share exchange or other transaction in which, in each case, the Company acquires voting securities of another Person or all or any portion of another Person’s assets; (ii) for each other class or series of Equity Securities of the Company, if any, the product of (A) Equity Securities Value Per Share for such class or series of such Equity Securities of the Company multiplied by (B) the number of shares of such class or series of such Equity Securities of the Company, less (y) the number of shares of such class or series of such Equity Securities issued under the Plan (or otherwise issued for compensatory purposes) after the date of this Agreement, and less (z) the number of shares of such class or series of such Equity Securities issued by the Company after the date of this Agreement in connection with any merger, consolidation, share exchange or other transaction in which, in each case, the Company acquires the voting securities of another Person or all or any portion of another Person’s assets; and (iii) the principal amount of all outstanding funded indebtedness of the Company as of the last day of the month immediately preceding the date of calculation less the aggregate amount of cash and cash equivalents of the Company (exclusive of funds held on behalf of clients) as of the last day of the month immediately preceding the date of calculation.

  • Statewide popular election means a general election in which votes are cast for

  • public water means any river, watercourse, bay, estuary, the sea and any other water which the public has a right to use or to which the public has the right of access;
