Facilities and Amenities definition

Facilities and Amenities means the facilities and amenities other than the Common Areas and Installations to be provided in the Building Complex which shall be enjoyed by the Purchaser along with the Co-owners and more fully described in the Part II of the Fourth Schedule hereunder.
Facilities and Amenities. When using any facilities or amenities, you do so entirely at your own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
Facilities and Amenities means and include corridor, stairways, passage ways, lift, pump room, overhead tank, water pump, motor pumps, drainage pipe lines, septic tanks, common toilets, wash rooms, electric meters room, transformers, fire fighting system, air conditioning system in the corridor and the staircases and other facilities which may be mutually agreed upon between the parties and required for establishment, maintenance and/or management of the building, as morefully mentioned and described in the Schedule ‘D' written hereunder.

  • The Purchaser(s) shall have no claim, save and except in respect of the Apartment hereby agreed to be sold to Purchaser(s), and all open spaces, parking spaces, Common Areas, and Facilities and Amenities, will remain the property of the Promoter until the Goa Project is transferred to the Apex Society.

  • In addition to the consideration for the Apartment, Purchaser(s) hereby agrees to pay to the Promoter a sum of ₹ [ ] ([Amount in words]), being the proportionate price of the Common Areas, Facilities and Amenities.


More Definitions of Facilities and Amenities

Facilities and Amenities means such facilities and amenities as Promoter has agreed to complete and deliver, details of which are set out in Schedule – 3 attached to this Agreement.
Facilities and Amenities means the facilities and amenities as set out in the Booking Form.

Related to Facilities and Amenities

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207. Federal Power Act:

  • Term Facilities means, at any time, the Term A Facility and the Term B Facility.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.
