Tracking document definition

Tracking document means the written instrument that signifies acceptance of biohazardous medical waste by a transporter, or a transfer, storage, treatment, or disposal facility operator.
Tracking document means the medical waste tracking document specified in Section 118040.
Tracking document means a document that meets the requirements of 40 CFR §262.84, which is incorporated by reference in COMAR 26.13.01.05B(1)(d).
