Tracking Software definition

Tracking Software means any software utilized by a Grantor or its designees in its Tracking System to track the Pledged Spare Parts and shall include any licenses, service or support contracts related thereto.
Tracking Software means software that is approved by the
Tracking Software. The Life F/X tracking software consists of a suite of software tools and utilities that track image feature in video images (the video format can be, but is not limited to, HDTV) in order to generate time sequences of moving three dimensional geometry. The software also includes noise filtering and modeling software for processing and transforming the tracking data to various formats.

Tracking Software means any software utilized by a Grantor or its designees in its Tracking System to track the Pledged Spare Parts and shall include any licenses, service or support contracts related thereto. “Tracking System” shall mean a Grantor’s centralized computer system for monitoring and tracking the location, condition and status of its Spare Parts, and any and all improvements, upgrades or replacement systems. The Tracking System shall include the Tracking Software. “United States” or “U.S.” shall mean the United States of America. “United States Government” shall mean the federal government of the United States or any instrumentality or agency thereof.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
